  RETURN POLICY  

  • Returns must be within 30 days in original saleable condition and with a receipt.

  • All returns are subject to restocking and freight charges.

  • Open items, modified, or weathered material will not be accepted.

  • Bag goods, freezable items and drywall are not returnable.

  • Defective items will be processed according to that vendor’s policy and procedure.

  • Special order items cannot be returned unless:

    • The vendor will accept the product back.

    • The product is deemed defective by the vendor.

    • If accepted, it’s subject to all vendor return charges and freight.

    • If returned, credit is issued only after the vendor finalizes their credit.

  • Credits will be issued in the manner that they were purchased.

  • Cash returns over $75 with receipt will be issued a check from our office within 72 hours of the transaction.

  • Cash returns without a receipt will be subject to a review of our system for recent purchases. If accepted, the store will issue a gift card for the lowest sale price in the last 365 days.

  • Management reserves the right to accept or reject any return.

 

Additional Policy Notes

  • Major Appliances: Any Major Appliance products that are defective or damaged should be refused upon delivery; if delivery is complete, damage and/or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by calling 603-436-7480

  • Returns made without a valid sales receipt may be exchanged only.

  • Purchases made with a Ricci Lumber store credit or gift card will be refunded as a store credit

  • Receipted credit card transactions will be refunded to the original credit card account.

  • We require a valid ID for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with store credits. All returns are subject to management approval.

  • Consumers are entitled to a written copy of the store's refund policy upon request

  • For manufacturer defects in purchased items, If the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you per the warranty agreement. For repairs not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, repairs may be offered by the technician, but at your expense.

  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) is only available for an even exchange on the identical product.

  • Returned merchandise that was purchased while on rebate must have original rebate receipt. Without rebate/discount receipt, the value of the rebate will be deducted from the return amount.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom made items, factory made product, cut products and custom/tinted Paint department products cannot be returned.

  • Labor, delivery and/or installation services

  • Gift cards and store credits
