DELIVERY POLICY

All deliveries are tailgate and assistance for unloading may be required.

We collect all state taxes for the final destination.

Once delivered, protection and security of the materials is the owner’s responsibility.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate a customer.

We assume no responsibility for property damage when instructed by the owner or contractor to unload in a specific location.

Drivers will have the final decision where a delivery can be safely unloaded or placed.

Due to the nature of shipping and unloading, we cannot be responsible for material that have shifted during the process.

Claims for shortage or damaged material must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the delivery to be considered.

All deliveries are subject to a fuel surcharge and a possible delivery charge based on the delivery destination. (See salesperson for additional info)
