  DELIVERY POLICY  

  • All deliveries are tailgate and assistance for unloading may be required.

  • We collect all state taxes for the final destination.

  • Once delivered, protection and security of the materials is the owner’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate a customer.

  • We assume no responsibility for property damage when instructed by the owner or contractor to unload in a specific location.

  • Drivers will have the final decision where a delivery can be safely unloaded or placed.

  • Due to the nature of  shipping and unloading, we cannot be responsible for material that have shifted during the process.

  • Claims for shortage or damaged material must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the delivery to be considered.

  • All deliveries are subject to a fuel surcharge and a possible delivery charge based on the delivery destination. (See salesperson for additional info)
