Inside Sales - Building Materials


Position: Inside Building Materials Salesperson Hours: Full Time Benefits: Full Benefit Package Experience: Having worked in a retail environment selling building materials and hardware. Job Synopsis: We are looking for a motivated salesperson that is experienced in the estimating and selling of building materials. As an inside salesperson, you will be working with 100’s of customers daily both retail and professionals at our sales desk. You will be taking many projects from conception to completion as well as working with the DIY customers on their smaller ventures. Job Requirements: - Computer experience including Word and Excel - Understand and able to read blueprints - Able to conceptualize a customer’s idea - Able to stand and work in a fast paced environment - Be friendly and helpful - Advise customers on products and information - Assist customers in making selections - Ability to sell and ask for the order. - Listen to a customer and their needs - A valid driver’s license - Be on time and work a standard schedule Job Duties: - Welcome and greet customers using their name - Offer assistance to all customers and associates - Advise customers on questions - Offer industry or personal experiences on products or serves - Answer phones and take orders for delivery and/or answer questions - Create documents for transactions and orders - Keep customers informed of products and events - Stay on top of industry trends and changes - Attend industry meeting on a regular basis - Work with other associates to complete tasks - Sell to customers both at the desk and over the phone - Call customers about upcoming projects - Contribute to a team effort and company growth - Learn, grow and teach Skills/Qualifications: Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge About our Company:

Kitchen Designer


Position: Kitchen Designer Hours: Full Time Benefits: Full Benefit Package Job Synopsis: We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable Kitchen Designer to join our fast-paced showroom. We work on both new construction, and remodels; from small jobs to multi-unit buildings. Requirements: - Must have experience in kitchen and bath design - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications - Solid knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning - Ability to work with stock, semi-custom, and custom cabinetry - Experience in 20/20 design, cabinet & countertop estimates, and in-field measurement verification - Ability to listen and conceptualize a customer’s needs and ideas - Advise customers on products and information - Extremely detail oriented - Must be able to work on Multi-unit projects as well as single home projects - Must have a strong drive for success and ability to work well; both independently and as part of a team - Ability to order product and arrange installation dates - Manage all kitchen projects from sales to completion ensuring a superior client experience. -Resolve client issues in timely manner and to client’s satisfaction About our Company:
