Cate St. is a Ricci Lumber Project nestled in the heart of the up-and-coming West End community in Portsmouth, NH. In the second phase of the project, the six new buildings are a community of luxury townhomes. Each townhome has three floors, a two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The project was managed by Ed Hayes, designed by Jeanne Hayes and all materials supplied by Ricci Lumber.
Gearing towards the coastal vibe, each unit has a unique look and feel. Showplace cabinets were used in the kitchens with beautiful quarts counter tops by LG, a premier name in the countertop industry. The floors are from Shaw and are Engineered White Oak 7”. Nickel gap primed pine was used as an interior accent adding to the aesthetics of the design. Each unit has a deck from Trex Decking in the color Pebble Grey with railings by Barrette Outdoor Living. Barrette’s black Avalon aluminum rail was used as the structure along with the black Boardwalk Decorative Screen Panels.
With this project coming to an end, most units have been sold! Ricci Lumber is proud to be a part of creating something that will allow people to fall in love with where they live, their home and their community.
