Delivery Charges & Policy - Please Read

All Deliveries are TAILGATE. The jobsite must have assistance for unloading product. Ricci Lumber assumes no responsibility for damage to the site or property when instructed by a representative or contractor of that location to drive or unload in a specific area. Ricci Lumber respects its driver's decision as to whether a delivery can safely be made at the delivery site. Due to the nature of some deliveries and jobsites, Ricci Lumber and its delivery personnel will not be responsible for material that may not properly unload from our vehicles. We will try, but cannot guarantee, specific delivery times. Any claim for shortages, overages, and/or damaged material must be reported in writing within 5 working days from the date of delivery. We are required to collect all State sales taxes.
All deliveries will be charged a fuel surcharge. The rate will be adjusted based on New England price of Diesel. Due to the current oil prices, orders under $500 will have a $10 additional surcharge added to the current fuel surcharge or delivery charge.

Using the location key at the bottom of the page, all deliveries not meeting the minimum for free delivery will be charged based on the delivery chart, plus a fuel surcharge. The value is based on the one-time delivery amount and does not include materials taken by the customer.

Boom truck will be assessed a charge of $100 per hour pro rated to the next 30 minutes. Cash customers must leave a valid credit card on file for the duration of the delivery. Delivery times going over 30 minutes will be charged to the customer's account. Time begins and ends when the outriggers are in use.
